"Usage Agreement for Ravoor Platform"
1. Acceptance and Commitment
Welcome to Ravoor. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as the salon owner or authorized representative, and Ravoor. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these terms.
2. Service Description
Ravoor provides a specialized cloud solution (SaaS) for managing salons and barbershops. Features include management dashboard, appointment scheduling, customer management (CRM), sales and expense tracking, and performance analysis. We provide the technical infrastructure and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the salon.
3. Account Creation and Security
You must have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business. You are committed to providing complete and accurate information during registration, and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscriber Obligations
You pledge to use the platform for legitimate business purposes only, complying with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes or send unsolicited messages (SPAM) to your customers.
5. Trials and Subscriptions
We offer a 14-day free trial. Subscription fees are paid in advance based on the chosen plan. All paid fees are final and non-refundable after the trial period ends.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ravoor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, UI, and source code. In return, you retain ownership of all data and customer lists related to your business.
7. Service Availability and Liability
We strive to ensure high uptime, but do not guarantee it will be entirely free of occasional interruptions for technical updates. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the platform during the three months preceding the claim.
8. Account Cancellation and Termination
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of term violations or non-payment of subscriptions.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
